Jeanne McMaster, CPA
President, CFO
Jeanne is currently responsible for all areas of financial management for Cumberland Development including cash management for multiple entities, internal and external financial reporting, capital and operating budgets, tax planning, compliance with existing loan, New Market Tax and Historic Tax Credit requirements, maintaining insurance, auditor, banking and investor relationships for the firm.
Construction experience includes coordination for project funding with investors, and coordination of the project budget with Construction Company, consultants and end users for the recent expansion of the Independence Technology Center. Capital planning for renovation of the 5th street arcades including new tenant spaces, interior and exterior renovations, and pursuing funding opportunities through the City of Cleveland.
Prior experience includes eleven years working with an area architecture firm with offices in three cities, including all the financial, legal, human resource, insurance, administrative and leadership programs.
Jeanne also worked four years as Finance Director for the Cleveland Bar Association responsible for accounting, budgeting, cash management, membership and other administrative projects in support of the Board of Trustee Strategic Plan.
Community Involvement
Jeanne’s experience as a CPA has led to numerous volunteer positions including leadership as finance committee chair, fundraising chair and advisor to religious, educational and other non profit groups in the Cleveland area.
